Have you ever stopped to think about the differences between Professional Sports and Youth Sports?

Because we want to teach players about the sport and allow them the opportunity to have fun while learning, youth sports coaches need to be both sports educators as well as character educators.
That's where becoming a Double Goal Coach comes into play. A Double Goal Coach uses sports to teach life lessons while preparing athletes to succeed on the scoreboard. In other words, a Double Goal Coach wants to win (goal #1), but even more importantly is committed to using sports to teach positive character traits and life lessons to young athletes (goal #2).
